Have investigated the link and this is my opinion:

1. The website does not have the reviewers needed to know whether the service is valid, trustworthy and of course not a scam.

2. This website is too template-like, its appearance is too generic and looks like it was made by an amateur, which if he were selling illegal goods like that, he would be afraid of being caught by the police if his website looked like this.

3. My logic says that this website should also give a warning that if I use javascript it will risk my security but it doesn't. I'm suspicious because it doesn't have that.

4. Even though it has been around for almost 10 years, I doubt that this website is legit in the sense that what is being sold actually exists because there are no reviews.

5. This website only has one image which of course belongs to the creator or owner of this website, which I am confused about, it should not only be his image but also images from the reviewers.

6. The reasons why they are selling that and other reasons are all too common among scammers so I was quite suspicious.

hmm, to be honest, your arguments are not very convincing. Design and appearance can hardly matter. Java script is used by almost everything, your safety is your responsibility, if I were a seller, it would not bother me too much... reviews, by the way, I have seen quite a few... I do not defend the BnW site, I do not care about it .. I am just keeping up the conversation.
There really is a huge number of scammers on the Internet and it would be good to know some signs of fraud. But everything you list seems to be just the view of a layman. I do not want to offend you, this is just my opinion.

There is no escrow, but when I made the order, I asked about it. I was told that it is possible to make an order using a third-party escrow.

Honestly, I brought that observation based on my personal opinion which I said in the beginning and I can't guarantee it's true but I still post it as part of my view on this website.
