Can CC be used for Crypto?

Question

Would it be possible for one to buy a crypto currency with stolen CC?
I'm guessing the Verification process of buying said crypto in any given website or platform will be very frustrating
 Or are there places with no two factor authentication?
Has anybody tried this?
